Work it out!

Here is a time efficient workout that is sure to TONE and TIGHTEN your booty and hamstrings. You can use dumbbells for this workout. I used a bar with weights.  Complete 10 Reps of each exercise (Back Squats & Romanian Dead Lifts), then 9 Reps of each, 8 reps and so on…  This is a short sweet workout (about 10 minutes) that will leave your booty and legs burnin’! The goal is not to stop the whole way through this pyramid AS WELL AS using CHALLANGING weights! I used 95 LBS for my back squat and 135BS for my Dead Lift. Enjoy!
